Count Carbs with "Meal Planning Lines"

You decide how many carbs you want or need to eat eat per meal.  Draw a line to show the end of the meal.  Then you "draw the line" up to that point, knowing you shouldn't have any more carbs for that meal.

Then "Draw the Line"

When you hit your "meal planning line," eat no more carbohydrates for that meal.  It's that simple!

Monitoring Your Blood Glucose

The best way to stay in good blood glucose control is to measure your blood glucose regularly.  The Daily Connection provides you with a place to monitor it both before and after a meal.  It makes it easy to see the effect of the foods you're eating.
