Roberta brings something unique to the
dietetic profession
-- she is the holder of a U.S.
patent for this innovative nutrient monitoring system,
Drawing The Line On Calories, Carbs, and
Fat. Through
testing and research at the University of Washington,
Drawing The Line was shown to have a statistically
significant effect in helping people make healthy changes to
their lifestyle habits.
Not only that, as an expert in the MBTIâ
(Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), she is amongst just
a handful of registered dietitians who are qualified
practitioners of this personality approach
to counseling. She has written
Is Your Personality Type Making You Fat? to help
people lose the weight in a way that is comfortable for their
type.
Roberta did her undergraduate work
at the University of California at Berkeley. She received her
master's degree in
Nutrition from the University of Washington, followed by her
certification and R.D. credentials from the American Dietetic
Association.
She loves to write as you can
see from the many books and
popular magazine articles
she has authored.
